The Muses were goddesses in Greek mythology who were considered as the source of dance and music. The word Music is derived from Muse. As its name suggests, Musepaper hopes to bring different kinds of wonderful music to the audience.
About Musepaper:
A vibrant local a cappella group established in 2010.
Members are mostly students and alumni of The Hong Kong Institute of Education, major in Music.
Has performed in different events and venues including workshops, school campuses, wedding banquet, TVB's programme etc. Guest performed at Xiamen University. 2nd runner up in Singapore National A Cappella Championships 2011 (International Category).
Each member has own special niche in musical instruments: piano, flute, cello, erhu, percussion etc. Extensive performance experience.
Passionate about singing and have received professional vocal training.
Besides Canto pop and foreign pop songs, they also cover classical and jazz – most of the pieces are self-arranged.
