Over more than 20 years as a free-lance sound engineer, Tim has been involved in countless music productions across a wide range of genres. Recording, editing, mixing and mastering many styles and types of productions. Live sound engineering, has also been an increasing activity in recent years involving touring with bands on both domestic and international circuits. From 2007 - 2016, Tim was employed as an Assistant Professor teaching the Sound Engineering Bachelor course at The Danish Rhythmic Music Conservatory in Copenhagen. Along with this, he is the main sound engineer at the Conservatory, responsible for development and procurement covering all aspects of studio and concert facilities. Since 2016 Tim has been responsible for teaching the Sound and Music Production course at Music Foundation Course institutions across several regions in Denmark.

Tim is currently co-authoring an e-book on sound recording for musicians. Having established his own production company Headway Productions in 2007, Tim has added video production to his portfolio, involving filming, editing and postproduction activities.
